− Issue with the tv in the room that was not handled properly

7.0Very Homely feel. Pleasant staff. Amenities were great. Did not have a resturant only a market place.
− Central to Binghamton university. Also central to shops and restaurant.

Wasn't horrible but for the price we paid so not worth it.

− Run down carpets in halls stain. Bathroom needs to be updated. Mold was bad in shower corners. Wallpaper pelling and soap holders broke.

− Room was dark and smell was very bad and heavy. It was like someone before us stayed with dirty clothes. We were not able to open windows. Other sings were OK

8.0It was very convenient as I was in the area for a Binghamton University orientation. It was 5 min from the University. The staff was really professional, courteous, and prompt. I called twice and both times I got what I needed very quickly. The location was really clean.
− The only thing didn't really like was the fact that there was no fitted sheet on the bed and the flat one seemed to short and wouldn't stay in place.
