− I expected for the price I paid 320$, a 5 star hotel, would not give this one 2 stars, no maintenance, bathroom tiny, no kettle, stained carpets chairs, poor breakfast

− Le repas. Nous avons été malades après avoir mangé leurs ormeaux, probablement à cause d’une intoxication alimentaire. Nous avons prévenu le personnel, mais aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé, pas même un mot d’excuse.

The Picasso exhibit, the onsen outfits and the amenities shelf, the free beverages bar, the view from our room and the onsen.

− The staff failed to inform us or speak to us about making reservations for the restaurant and brewery so we were unable to eat at either both nights we were there.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance if they wish to use this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Open-air baths at the public bath area are closed during winter season for the safety of the guests. Indoor baths are operated as usual.

Please note that the public bath and exterior walls will be unavailable from 1st Mar. to 30th Jun 2024 due to renovation work.
