− Sisustus huonosti suunniteltu, olohuone epämukava. Ikkunoista näkyi varasto. Puutteellinen astiasto ja jääkaappi laatikossa.

− Huoneisto kaipaisi hieman päivitystä pintojen ja sisustuksen suhteen. Vieressä oleva remonttityömaa ei lisännyt viihtyvyyttä.
