9.0Accommodation well furnished. 10-15 minutes from St Andrews. No problem to park on the street in front of the accommodation.
− A bit old but had everything we needed. Next to a very busy road, a bit noisy during the night.

5.0The flat was clean and warm. Couch was comfy, shower was powerful. Kitchen came fully stocked with utilities and crockery. Instructions to get into the flat were very easy to follow.
− Upon arrival there was a strong smell of mustiness in the bathroom and living room, there were two large wasps, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom although no windows were open. Both the bedrooms have multiple gouges out of the plaster behind the headboards. Two plug sockets didn't work and neither did one of the bedroom lights. There was a large stain on the bedroom carpet in one room. In the first bedroom both of the beds mattresses had zero support and would of been better sleeping on the floor. The flat would be much more comfortable with a little bit of money spent on it.
This was booked for 2 guests one stayed and one travelled every day he said it was not clean
