8.0Helpful and friendly staff, nice size comfortable room with a table and chairs, sofa, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom, however, is miniscule. A large person might have trouble using the shower or the toilet! The website mentioned that they have bicycles that are available for free, but the bikes were pretty rusty and two of the three had flat tires. The location being walking distance (several blocks) to the waterfront might justify the price, but we felt that it could have been a bit better experience.
