8.0家族12名で4泊利用しましたが、綺麗で快適に過ごせました。設備の一部が壊れていたり、足りなくなった備品がありましたが、連絡するとすぐ現地スタッフの方が対応してくれ、不自由ありませんでした。4泊以上だと途中プールの掃除もしていただけます。大人数で沖縄に宿泊するには最適だと思います。

8.0チェックインでキーロックが解錠出来なかった。 乾燥機が故障？直ぐ止まり使えなかった。 猫が４匹いてご飯をねだる。宿泊者に餌やりを自粛するように案内された方が良いのでは！

8.0가족들이 함께 식사하고 놀고 정말 좋았어요.단지 단점은 5일 숙박기간동안 청소를 안해주는것과 수건을 교체해주지않고 빨아 사용하는 부분이 조금 불편했습니다. 그리고 방과방사이가 방음이 좀안되는 부분이 ... 근데 전체적으로는 너무 좋았어요.

10.03家族で行きました。 口コミに書いてある騒音だったり 近隣の事は全く問題なく、 近隣の方々も挨拶した際に楽しんでくださいね！って優しい方々でした。 周りが静かだったので 遅い時間は音が響くって事なのかなーと思い、普通に過ごせば全く問題ないと思います。 プールは使わなかったですが、 BBQもできたし楽しく過ごせました。 お部屋もすごく綺麗でした！ ２日前にメールが届くと記載されてたんですが、届かなく電話で問い合わせたところ親切に対応して頂きました。 メールアドレスを直接やりとりして 送っていただきました。 この２日前に届くと言われていたメールがExpediaのメールBOXに前日に届きました。なぜだろう...? また利用したいと思います。
