Absoluter ALPTRAUM
1.0− Von vier gebuchten Nächten haben nach der ersten Nacht die Flucht ergriffen. Hätten wir die Möglichkeit gehabt dort in der Nacht wegzukommen, wären wir direkt wieder abgereist. Wir waren die ganze Nacht mit einer? Ratte um BUNGALOW 1 gefangen. Während das liebe Tierchen sich amüsant und frei im Raum hin- und herbewegte und Lockrufe aussties, verbrachten wir die halbe Nacht im Garten in der Hoffnung jemanden von der Rezeption anzutreffen, außerdem kontaktieren wir die uns gesendete Staff Nummer per whatsapp, ohne dass wir eine Rückmeldung bekamen. Unser Anliegen interessierte aber Niemanden. Der Bungalow ist sehr dunkel und unsauber. Das Dach ist offen oder kaputt, sodass sich alles darin tummelt was nicht reingehört. Wir haben ein Hotel ( kein Camping) gebucht, da erwarte ich ein wenig Komfort und Sauberkeit. Diese Situation ist inakzeptabel, ekelhaft und gesundheitsgefährdend. Die restliche Nacht verharrten wir wach im Zimmer, um nicht komplett von den Moskitos draußen aufgefressen zu werden es blieb uns nichts anderes übrig. Booking. com haben wir ebenfalls über unserer Anliegen in Kenntnis gesetzt. Wir wollten unser Geld zurück, leider konnte keine Einigung mit Hotel gefunden werden. Booking ersetzte und kulanter Weise einen kleinen Teil für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Also wer Abenteuer sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Zudem ist der Raum sehr dunkel und auch nicht sonderlich sauber. Die Tür zum Aussenbad ließ sich nicht schließen, da sie schief eingebaut ist. Die Toilette hatte noch Sprenkler vom Vogänger. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist immerhin gut. Also für uns war dieser Aufenthalt der absolute ALPTRAUM!!! Zwei Tage nach der Abreise erhielten wir eine Antwort und man fragte uns was unser Problem sei. Unglaublich!!!

− Nothing.. it is a bit of a walk to anywhere( not an issue for those with bikes)… but for us that was part of the appeal. We walked to Devils tears in the morning and to the point bar in the evening and over to jungkut Batu via the coast after we left
