6.0My room had a terrible stench. I informed the front desk who came over to the room and verified the weird sewage smell but said the hotel was sold out and could not move me but would inform the manager to see what can be done. I never heard from the manager so nothing was done and they didn’t care. I couldn’t change hotels because I was there for my son’s graduation and the surrounding hotels were sold out as well.

4.0We arrived late and wanted to go late to sleep as we traveled 18 hours. At 3am we were woken up to the dumpsters being emptied, then at 5am the train woke us up. Then when we went to check out at 7:30am the staff were gone with a note saying they would be back so we had to stand and wait. Would have been nice to have a sign that says we can leave our keys and leave or something of the sorts. The room appeared outdated and the couch cushions wouldn’t zip and were disheveled.
