10.0The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was good and the location also. Close to Duomodossola station so the travel from the airport was very easy.
− The room was of the smaller size. The bathroom especially. But those criticisms are only small niggles.

10.0The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff were extremely friendly! I booked the hotel late at night, and everything went very smoothly. I even happened to arrive during a market the next day. The room was very clean, with a subtle fragrance and pleasant music. Everything was excellent!

10.0Hotel molto elegante, con camere pulite e uno staff competente, disponibile e sempre cordiale. La posizione è ottima: lo abbiamo scelto per un concerto a San Siro e la fermata della metropolitana si trova a pochi passi dall'hotel. Molto apprezzato anche il prosecco di benvenuto offerto al bar. Ci tornerei sicuramente!
