− Housekeeping horrible. Didn’t speak English. Won’t allow food or coolers on their section of beach, but no guarantee you will get a chair or umbrella at beach. Water stations did not have cups.

7.0I loved the property its reputation does perceive it. Old Victorian hotel that survived so many hurricanes. A beautiful hotel with an elegant aged mode. I loved it. Over doing the historic ghost feeling I always associate with The Outlook from The shining truly a unique experience.
− Everything the staff the other guests the ghosts the wallpapers the rugs the in room dining. A total luxury experience I had a difficult time going back to Hitchcock but I did.

− Although our room was beautiful and comfortable, the shower was not up to excellence depending on when you took a shower …you got either a warm,cold only or a hot shower.
