− Staff were rude and not helpful. Room was outdated, very dim lighting. Lack of places to charge devices.

Perfect for college visits!
9.0Modern hotel perfectly located for visiting the college! Check in was quick but thorough and offers convenient and close parking. The made-to-order food from the cafe was delicious and serving til 10pm was a huge plus! And above all, the staff was very friendly, especially Ray who had an extremely welcoming and pleasant disposition at check-in!

10.0This is a very good quality hotel near university of Pittsburgh. Staff is courteous. Their breakfast quality and variaty is better than many good hotels in the city. I loved the stay there. Exceptional location. Neat and clean room. Comfy bed.
− Upholstery of the furniture kept in the lobby needs to be replaced.
