We stayed to watch Scotland in the World Cup. We were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommend the hotel

4.0I liked how clean the hotel was. As well as how comfortable the bed was.
− I didn't like that I had to wait almost an hour for my room to be done, when check in was supposed be at 3pm and I arrived at 4pm. At first they said it was going to be 10-15 mins, 30 mins passed and my rooms weren't done. Then only one of my room was done and I had to wait another 10-15 mins for my next one. I am very understanding of being short staffed but if you know people are checking in starting at 3pm, rooms shouldn't still be in the process of cleaning at 4pm/5pm.

3.0The cost of this room compared to the quality and size was ridiculous. Tiny room which was very average in quality compared to a nightly charge for a 4 Seasons price tag. Horrible value. No free coffee in the lobby, a workout room that had no air conditioning or even reasonable equipment, overall disappointing
