− Hot water runs dry I booked a spa room for 2 night stay hot water didn't work I asked for replacement room for a different week only offered a discount which was little to what I paid . Another date I stayed aircon doesn't work properly no heat hmm that's a problem in cold weather and the tv doesn't work either I've stayed a few times 1/4 was ok wouldn't recommend cheap but hey I guess that's what you pay for don't waste money here go elsewhere
Garbage, I’ll never stay there again. I don’t know whatever possessed me to book this room. I should’ve known after last

− When I booked on Booking.com it advertises that it had a restaurant. The restaurant closed down and they don’t have any room service. I only have upstairs rooms and for someone who has a knee injury it was very difficult. Spoke to the staff member when I got there and she was actually quite rude talking over the top of me when I was trying to explain why I needed to stay in a downstairs room.
Very nice place to stay. Customer service was exemplary.

− Mattress was very well used. There were two distinct dents on both sides of the mattress. The middle of the mattress was as it should be. This made the mattress uncomfortable.
Very good helpful & obliging staff, would stay there again.
