Absolute nightmare. Had to get a different hotel. Property sold out on a confirmed Booking booking.
1.0− It would have been better to actually get a room vs getting told by the property they were sold out and having poor service by Booking.

4.0− I showed up and only one person was at the front and while she checked in my coworkers and i stood in line, someone else showed up and the employee called for someone else to come out and attend them, not me. Despite having a confirmation number, they did not have my reservation and offered me the dingy luggage room to get ready for my dinner in since they would not have a room ready for hours. I tried to call for a late checkout and not only did they say no but they disabled my key card before my check out time so i had to come back down wait in line again and then within 10 min of my key being turned back on, and after waiting for the elevator for at least 5 minutes right next to the front desk and them knowing i was on the top floor, they called me in my hotel room. There was also a lot of broken tiles right at the entrance of the elevator since the day we checked in and no one did anything about it for 4 days
