− no hand soap in our room, breakfast was empty when we went at 8:30. check in at 4pm. is kind of late. carpets dirty. hot tub didn't work pool was dirty. front door was locked needed to pick up a phone to get in. little sketchy area
It's not horrible but not exceptional either.
7.0The rooms are roomy, bathroom facilities were clean and roomy.
− Beds were somewhat hard, the jacuzzi was broken, the pool was not well heated, and carpets in rooms were disgusting. They needed to be replaced or cleaned. Preferably, they should replace the carpets.
