9.0I've booked a room here on several occasions. The rooms were always clean, and tidy. Beds were nice and comfortable..
− We had an issue with the door, the door handle was broken, so they switched us to another room.

10.0Excelente podem ir sem receios, café da manhã excelente, funcionários prestativos e gente boa.
− Poderiam apenas limpar com mais frequência os corredores dos quartos do 2º andar, pois o ar condicionado pinga e com o passar das pessoas suja todo o corredor e fica escorregadio, mas nada que incomode apenas um observação
