5.0Staff was friendly and helpful
− This is an older hotel. For a suite it was not well stocked with things you would expect from a suite offering. There were no kitchen utensils, or even a coffee maker. Given the lack of restaurants nearby having to Uber/drive for a morning cup of coffee was not a good way to start the morning.

10.0− The issue with the refund of the amounts charged, described below, was resolved after a month. That’s why I’m changing my rating from 4.0 to 10.0. The hotel is in a great location, and I had a nice, relaxing stay. My previous review is below. "During my stay, the hotel charged my credit card three times with unauthorized transactions totaling 196 USD. I haven't received a refund yet—I've been waiting for two weeks. I have a very good impression of the hotel, but I will give it a high rating only after I receive my refund. I hope this happens soon. The hotel isn't responding to my emails."
Good value for extended stays.
7.0The room was perfect for an extended stay and great value for the price. It had a full kitchen and comfortable bed and was very clean.
− The ice maker was very slow. The staff never came by to ask if I needed anything or a room clean and the front desk people were very ambivalent.

10.0The facility was clean, and comfortable. It was like having my own apartment for a week which helped alleviate the stress of traveling.
