10.0This is the third time I’ve come to the Springhill suites the first time the front desk. The staff was exceptional. Great service great attitude. Great smile at the front desk warm welcome so my last day was even better when I come back to Alpharetta that’s my place to stay thank you for a great service.

8.0I’ve stayed at this property in the past and it was just okay. I was happy to see that they updated the rooms. The beds were so comfortable. I loved the new sofa and desk area as well. Not much change in the bathroom, but the water pressure and hot water were amazing. Everyone at the front desk was super nice. My only suggestion is to add a layer of sheer curtains to the windows. I had a first floor room, but wasn’t comfortable opening the curtains since cars were parked right outside. I will probably start staying at this property instead of the Bonvoy down the street I usually choose.

10.0Arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and the night audit was helpful, and the staff was pleasant and inviting, the breakfast was amazing and had many options. We enjoyed our first trip to Atlanta, and the hotel made it better
