Nasty, poor service, extremely displeased.
1.0Good midpoint to not have to stay in Atlanta. Local food options are good.
− The room was very dirty. The first room they assigned the door wouldn’t even open. After sending me back up 3 times with a key to finally say, “we alway have problems with this room door”. I paid for a King room but got a Queen room which is really is a full. The trash bin was full and had fruit flies when I walked in. The bathtub was disgusting. I hate that I had to stand in it for a shower. Horrible customer service I left after just a few hours of arrival I couldn’t take it. The girl at the front desk told me to call a number to change the rate they charged for the room. Why when I’m standing there and you’re the one who gave me the Queen room seeing that my reservation was for a King. Don’t stay here if you like for your hotel room to reflect any kind of cleanliness. As a matter for fact just don’t stay here at all unless you’re one of those people who need to live there which they already have plenty of.
