− No coffee on property. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were no amenities at all. The room had a kitchen with nothing. For a $$ charge they would give you 1 place setting. The front staff was cranky.
Great Staff, TERRIBLE Facility
4.0The staff was OUTSTANDING. From the front desk to the housekeeping, they were all extremely helpful and accommodating. ESA has a great bunch of people working there.
− This facility is in DESPERATE need of refurbishing and deep cleaning. I believe that this facility is heavily used by Argonne National Lab to house their summer interns and the like, and frankly the place looks like a frat house. Peeling paint, gouges in the hallway walls, and stains on the carpets and countertops. The room's windows were FILTHY on the outside...nothing the housekeeping staff would be able to clean from inside the room. If I had to use one word to describe the facility, it would be 'shabby.' (Also, I find it RIDICULOUS that ESA charges $40 to 'rent' basic kitchen items...had I known this was the case I would've just reserved a 'regular' hotel room someplace!)

Housekeeping service is offered every 14 days. For stays of 14 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more.
Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee.
