2.0Arrived at room and a cockroach ran accross the floor, then lookednon the bed and found bed bugs. Left immediately and did not stay. Buildingbin bad shape walking in and pool under construction. Nightmare for how much they charge!

2.0Paid for a jacuzzi room the lady didnt say anything to me gave me my key got to the room and its not the room i paid for went back down to talk to her and she said someone already get that room so i just gave you a regular room i paid 400 for 2 nights wasnt even in there 10 mins and they would not give me my money back
