10.0We chose a room with a hot tub and it was absolutely the best hot tub i have ever had in a hotel room it was huge and so comfortable I almost fell asleep in it. The room itself was very nice and very clean the bed was comfortable and it was quiet the staff was very friendly

− Rooms are super dated, pillows absolutely sucked so bad we had to go buy our own, rooms have a musty smell, “free” breakfast is a cup of coffee and a piece of fruit. Shower took forever to get hot. Complimentary soap was empty the whole place needs to be reevaluated

7.0Room was clean, people were very kind.
− Bed was so stiff we woke up every morning in pain and sometimes the fresh towels they gave us were stained. Also, the AC in our room didnt work so we were currently hot.
It’s always been great and the front desk agents are awesome!
9.0Staff is wonderful to me, easy check in, easy check out, always has been quiet overall great place to stay!
− The only negative thing i could probably say is lack of electricity outlets, and maybe that there is no access to Netflix or Amazon prime without a roku device
