2.0No telephone service, doesn’t provide toilet paper, towels, no trash pickup, kitchenette with no utensils or pots, very limited front desk. Unsafe with obsoletely no customer service.

2.0Lack of coffee creamer. They had flavored...yuck! Dirty rooms. I dropped water when I first walked in, when I dried it up, the towel was grey! Dead roaches in the room. Front desk staff except the Hispanic girl in the morning we're all extremely rude. It rained one right and water poured into our room from the air unit. (We were on a higher floor) Buyer beware. It's cheap for a reason.

4.0IIt was disturbing to find two dying cockroches on the floor of the room
Front desk good service
6.0It was good. We had to move rooms do to a smoker not following the posted non smoki g signs. We had to move. I have sever asthama & allergy. It shut me down in minuites of being in the room. The front desk handled it quickly . They moved us to a much cleaner room without the cigarette smoke. Good service.
