You made our KC visit comfortable!
9.0The breakfast was amazing! Donna was so friendly and helpful as she offered anything we needed. The variety of breakfast items was impressive! We even had omelettes available! My mother said the biscuits and gravy were delicious.
− The elevator quit working. Since we were on the 3rd floor and my 90 year old Mother uses a walker, they moved us to the first floor, and even had a handicapped room available! That was even better than the room on the 3rd floor! I think they said the elevator overheated.
