6.0Our second time staying at the Park Hyatt.
− Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the front desk on check-in. This set the tone for our stay. The staff member was sexist - expressing surprise & scorn that I have a different surname to my husband. He was rude & dismissive. We will stay elsewhere next time. Suggest you invest in some customer service training for front desk staff. Buffet breakfast staff, however, were great.

8.0Very clean and comfortable. Great size room and the selection for the buffet breakfast is fabulous.
− A large group of several adults dining in the restaurant had multiple children with them. The parents let the children climb over the furniture in the restaurant and surrounding areas, scream, run around and impose on the serenity of other diners. Restaurant staff need to observe the disturbance on other diners and then be brave enough to, very politely but firmly, ask the parents to control their children. Not only is it a hazard to the staff serving food and beverages, but it's a hazard for the children and extremely unfair on other patrons.
For every trip to Melbourne this is were I would stay.
10.0Quality and comfort in all aspects matches rating. All team members efficient in friendly way. High tea excellent! Great location for all events.
