1.0The location of this hotel was convenient and nice.
− The staff. The lady at the front knowingly gave away my room and told me that she couldn't get into the system. However, seeing everyone getting their keys, she still lied to me and stated nothing to do on her end. However, I called booking and they were able to help me get another room as soon as possible. This happened after 9 hours of driving on the road and she made me wait 2 hours for nothing. The communication was complete awful.

− The carpet inside our room still had chocolate chunks which means it was not vacuumed.
