Great place to stay, I would definitely stay here again

− The view from my room was terrible.

− La piscine était fermé. J’avais choisi cet établissement pour en profiter donc je suis déçu d’avoir payer pour un service que je n’ai pas eu. La raison était « weather condition » mais je ne vois pas quel était le problème…
Lovely stay a quality and conveniently located hotel! Only minutes walk from Canal St and Bourbon St
9.0The room was absolutely lovely! Big, spacious, almost like a suite! Very nice! The parking was super convenient! Right next to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous! Also, they gave out a free drink ticket to their bar!
− The pool was shut down, but that was due to weather. Didn't really like that there wasn't ice machines on every floor, but not a big deal really.
Great location and facilities
9.0Great location – we got to do everything by foot. The room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast full of options such as eggs, coffee, waffles, bread, hamburguer, bagels, yogurt.
− They charged me for early check-in without asking if I did want to check-in early for an extra fee. If I knew I would’ve waited to check-in at the normal time
