8.0Beautiful property, loved the trees, vegetation, walkways, pool. Room were really decorated nicely. Very comfortable.
− Couldn't find anyone on the property when we came back around 11p one night. The hot water had been turned off and we had no idea how to reignite the water heater. A bit out of town, but we knew that. High payment for pet. Usually, at other area hotels, it's just a deposit which is returned. $500 pesos for my tiny laptop dog was excessive.
