10.0I loved everything about my stay. I think the can drinks for $4 was a little to much, but overall everything was great. I will be returning to stay again, and it may be before this year is out. Thank you all again.
− It was nothing that I didn't like about my stay. If I could've stayed longer I would have done so. I didn't like the fact that the drinks were so expensive. I was very thirsty so I purchase the drinks bu never again.

Didn’t get to stay which was very disappointing. From now on will only book directly with a hotel.
1.0I inadvertently booked the wrong day. When I tried to rectify this I could not speak to a real person only an AI. Told the AI the confirmation number and it said it couldn’t find it yet I was reading it off the booking confirmation. No direct phone number for the hotel which was very annoying. When we arrived at the hotel we were told they were fully booked. No trying to help us.

− Some usb outlets we’re not working, and I had to spend a considerable amount of time trying to figure out how to get my devices plugged in in order to recharge.
