9.0- Clean - Comfort - The swimming pool and the beach - Services, especially those ones from Andrey Symonov - Meals - Gym - Shuttle to the parking
− - Desserts/sweets - The yellow lights and spots in the rooms, would be better if they were white or led - The pool and spa closed at 18:30, and since it's a summer time, I would prefer to keep them open till 19:30 or 20:00 - "Full board" service is not the same as "All inclusive", which enforce me to pay for everything outside the restaurant room, even paying for the soft drinks in the restaurant itself. I missed also the free beer/soft drinks and ice creams in the pool area

ממש כיף בכל דבר… נהנינו מעל רגע, מבחינת שירות ומבחינת הכל… נחזור ובהחלט!!!!! ובקרוב מאוד!!! צוות מעולה, הנהלה מקסימה!!!!

According to local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempt from paying VAT on their reservation.
