2.0Well, I never actually got to the room! I was booking a last minute stay online and I realized I had made a mistake the instant I pressed the send button on my computer. No problem, I thought. I’ll call the hotel immediately and the clerk can rectify the mistake. I starting calling around 3 pm and no one answered the phone. I called every half hour up until 9 pm and never got an answer. So I called their corporate customer service line and they told me they could not intervene on the system but they would call the hotel for me. After waiting 10 minutes the agent came back on and said nobody was answering and there was nothing further they could do to help me. Looks like I am eating the room charge as a no-show. I recommend you look at the Holiday Inn Express in Sierra Vista….at least they answer their phones!
