Convenient, but improve communication
8.0Hotel was great, but communication could have been improved. We used the shuttle bus service to get to the airport. We were not told to be at the meet point 10 mins before time, this resulted in a tense conversation with the concierge which could have been avoided if we’d been given the information when reserving our spaces.

10.0I stay at this hotel regularly when I come to Montreal. It is centrally located in the West Island and on important access roads to the immediate area as well as downtown. The hotel has been recently renovated, is always clean, well-kept and has a good restaurant, bar and fitness room.

Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
