7.0− It was during graduation days, I think they were a little overwhelmed (missing items in bathroom, room prepared unevenly depending on the days).

− الموظفه التي في الاستقبال (من اصول شرق اسيويه)عندما طلبت تأخير تسجيل الخروج بعد الساعه ١٢ لم يكن اسلوبها جيد في الرفض علما ان زملاءي تعاملو مع شخص اخر بعدي و اعطاهم الى الساعه ١ الظهر و اعتذر بطريقه لبقه جدا لان الفندق كان محجوز تقريبا كل الغرف ولكن اللباقه و محاولة المساعده لم اجدها مع الموظفه خاصة اني عضو هيلتون (اعتقد اني احتاج اراجع ولائي لفنادق هيلتون)
Excellent location and base for our holiday exploring the region.
10.0Excellent range of food in the breakfast buffet and all freshly cooked and replenished. Hotel room very comfortable and staff very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the hotel giving my daughter and I neighbouring rooms. I also really appreciated the secure parking and hotel location.
