6.0The hotel is closing to guests in order to take in refugees so not such a smooth operation. Not the fault of staff who were all friendly and helpful. Full marks to Kamman who kept bar open after his shift ended for late revellers. We were attending a wedding nearby so didn’t require full facilities. Breakfast ok but very busy.

10.0HI WHEN YOU ARIVE IT LOOKS AWFUL.. WE THOUGHT WHAT HAVE WE DONE . SOMEONE WAS CLEANING THE PATHS WITH JET WASH OUTSIDE IT LOOKED A MESS WE COULDNT GET IN THE ENTRANCE. ONCE IN ROUND THE CORNER REALLY LOVELY AND MODERN INSIDE. LOVELY STAFF VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS AND PILLOWS WOULD DEF STAY AGAIN.

6.0Restaurant including breakfast and evening food was very poor, tasteless and or undercooked. Some staff good, but many poor. Gym, swimming pool etc is nice. Rooms ok.

8.0It was OK. But my 90-old mother was locked out of her “accessible” room twice by the dumb (“smart”) key system. And we had to waste a huge amount of water waiting for hot water to arrive in the shower. Restaurant food exceeded our low expectations.
