Pleasantly surprised
10.0It was surprisingly very impressive. I could not really tell if the hotel was going to be good based on pictures. I was blown away when I came in to check in. A lot more upscale then the pictures of the outside would make you believe

Nice place to stay
8.0The stay was very nice, Hotel is perfectly located for business in downtown Fort Smith. Olivia, On the front desk, went above and beyond what we expected during our stay to help make my wife's birthday perfect. Her positive attitude and can do efforts made the stay memorable
Not a bad stay for a business trip
6.0The room was a pretty decent sized room, I wish I would have had the time to try the pool and fitness room. I would most likely stay here again.
It was horrible would never stay there again….

− The staff was rude pool was closed and it made it seem like breakfast was included which it wasn’t
Worst stay ever
1.0Bugs were in the first two beds of the room s they put me in. The third room had no bugs in or on the bed. The building has mold and mildew throughout

10.0Everything was amazing! Beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful and friendly.
− We had a double queen room (4people) but only 2 bath towels. Otherwise is was perfect!
