− It was advertised we’d have the complementary breakfast. When I asked, they said since I went through booking.com, the lady at the front desk said it didn’t apply to me and my two children. It was an embarrassing moment.
Our stay was short but comfortable
10.0The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The location was just what need to visit Old Town San Diego. Check was seamless.
− The bar tender on Saturday night was a little short and rude when asked about ice, even when the front desk referred me to her.
