− Rooms weren't really kitted out for a week long family holiday stay. No windows opened. No where to hang / dry swim suits. Minimal storage.

4.0Расположение хорошее. Гостиница - хол красивый и номер красивый но , Бассейн хороший относительно. красиво в зоне бассейна. отдыхали там. Выход на пляж тоже, океан рядом и Пирс Санта-Моники рядом хорошо, дорожки для бега ходьбы рядом и это хорошо.
− не понравилось. Первое: заходишь в комнату в нос бьет плесенью, я начала кашлять. ужас. потом мы отключили кондиционер и вроде бы запах прошел. Я заметила в Америке не первый раз и такое повторялось часто. Ужасно не чистят кондеры. нас было трое кровать одна, лежали втроем на одной кровати. Кровать большая, я выпросила одеяло для себя. Зная что мы втроем, они не удосужились приготовить необходимое. Все так медленно, одеяло принесли через 2-3 часа, напоминала два раза. Халатов и тапочек было две, а нас трое, оплату берут за троих и нормальных услуг нет. черти что, это очень не понравилось. В других отелях чайники были тут у них ничего нет ни чайников для чая и нет кофемашинки.
