I never got to stay. They canceled my stay before I got there and never told me. They would not explain to me why.

Disappointing
3.0No breakfast, but at least my cats got to stay
− My room was filthy. I requested a first floor room because I have hip issues. They gave me a 3rd floor room on the far back of the hotel, and only one elevator works. I had to walk at least 100 yards to get to my room. No ice. Vending machines didn't work.

− The room was nasty. The halls smelled like weed, the stairwell like urine. The place was a crap hole.

− There is no staff from 9pm to 9am. No front desk service and you can’t check in or out during that time. Additionally, no one picks up the phone at that time.
This is a Hellhole, not a hotel!
1.0I liked the front desk clerk, she was very nice and polite. I think she deserves a better place to work.
− So many things were wrong from the moment we stepped on the property. There were obvious prostitutes, weirdos, and drug addicts all around. It smelled like dead fish and there was trash strewn all over. The back door didn’t have an electronic lock on it, so anyone could come in day and night. Upon entering the broken back door, you are met with a foul pungent odor of all types of things such as: dog, feces, fish, and smoke. The carpets were black at almost every entrance to the rooms. The elevator was broken so we had to walk around the entire property to find the only one that actually worked. People were yelling at each other. The pool didn’t function and I heard the desk clerk tell a group of kids that it wasn’t going to be fixed. We were told it was a suite with separate bedroom and pulloute couch in the living area, that was a lie. The stove had food crusted on it, the fridge looked like it had debris all over the side of it. The fire alarm was missing. We had to turn our key back in a leave without staying.

For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.
Housekeeping service is provided every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a weekly cleaning service is included, which covers dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and changing of linens and towels. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a nominal fee.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment purposes. Cash payments are not accepted.
For guests travelling with pets: a maximum of two pets per room, each weighing up to 40 pounds, is permitted. An additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability.
