10.0I have stayed here numerous times over the last year and it’s location and VERY NICE staff makes it ideal for me. Good restaurant next door and a Whole Foods a stone’s throw away. No complaints from me!!

8.0The room was clean. The staff was professional. Paying $169 plus tax / is a bit steep, but it is Miami.
− The cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign on my door, knocked, said, "Housekeeping, " and entered my room. This is not professional, and is an invasion of privacy. Also, on my last morning, due to a heavy rain, I had to (everyone else, too) walk through literally ankle deep water to get into my car. Luckily I was wearing hiking boots. The balconies look out onto buildings. One side of the building has a balcony over an alley.
