I got good rest
10.0Omar at the front desk was very nice. The gal in charge of breakfast was also terrific.
− It's a little bit dated, due for an overhaul, I would think, especially for an IHG property.
It was okay
7.0Everything was great ,the room was clean ,bathroom was clean , staff was pleasant .
− The Pool was dirty and they had no plans of cleaning it , even the pool in my community gets cleaned everyday because that’s how it should be , so don’t advertise facilities that literally not available.
Not a great deal. Especially because the points to go green, ie no daily housekeeping, were not applied to my IHG becaus
6.0Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and courteous.
− A little shabby. The wall paper and molding in room need attention. The pool was unappealing. The elevator wasn’t working well. The one laundry facility seemed wonky, I skipped using it as there was someone else trying to use the one machine. My coffee machine wasn’t working.
Poor consumer service
2.0The staff at the front desk were very rude. The first time I called to change my reservation, I was told the change had been made, but it never was. When I called back a second time, they insisted that I had never called in the first place. I was then disconnected three separate times without my issue ever being resolved. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this Holiday Inn.

5.0The food in the restaurant was horrible. What chain hotel doesn't offer free breakfast? I would not pay 14.99 for breakfast . The !hobby area did not look very clean. The area was right off the highway but there were not any good restaurants to eat at.
