Bon séjour grâce au personnel accueillant et au confort des chambres, mais l’hôtel gagnerait à être mieux entretenu

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant et poli. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec un menu très complet offrant beaucoup de choix. Les lits et les oreillers étaient également très confortables, ce qui a rendu nos nuits très agréables.

− Nous avons toutefois remarqué quelques points à améliorer. Dans la chambre 309, le plancher de la salle de bain n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée; il y avait des graines et des cheveux noirs près du bain. La chambre 240 était très bruyante puisqu’elle est située près de l’ascenseur et le moteur se fait entendre à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. L’hôtel est bien en général, mais il gagnerait à recevoir un peu plus d’entretien. Les tapis dans les couloirs étaient très sales. Du côté de la piscine et du spa, l’eau était brouillée et ne semblait pas contenir suffisamment de produit, puisqu’elle ne dégageait pas l’odeur habituelle de chlore. Nous avons aussi remarqué quelques flaques d’eau verdâtres (probablement des algues) autour du spa. Malgré ces quelques points, notre séjour a été agréable grâce au confort des chambres et à la gentillesse du personnel.

− Never slept that night because of the couple next door room 118 fight ALL night from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. The attendant that night knocked à their door a few times , they never answered… In the morning we went to see the new attendant Whitney who did not care about our situation!!!! I asked for a refund because we did not sleep at all!!! She just did not care, I asked to talk to the manager and she said , there is no manager . I asked her to let him know the problem, she just ignored me. I demand a TOTAL refund for this room that we paid over $170. We talked at breakfast with other guest from the hotel they were on the 4th floor and they heard the same noise, like I said , we were just beside that crazy couple!!!!! Never go there again to an hotel who do not care about their guests!

Nous ne retournerons certainement pas dans cet établissement.

Le prix

− La chambre sentait la cigarette même si c’était indiqué établissement non fumeur. L’odeur était imprégnée dans le tapis. Ça sentait l’humidité partout dans l,établissement. L’unité de climatisation était très bruyante. On a dû la débrancher pour le nuit.

Days inn was a nice& comfortable hotel. my only complaint is that Check In is at 3pm, with only 1 front desk person. The check in line gets very long. i would suggest 2 receptionist to do check ins so the line can move faster

Both ladies at the front desk very helpful

− Equipment are old, while walking barefoot to enter the pool, there was a broken tile and I hurt my feet, toilet were dirty, missing orange juice and things at breakfast. Delays to get them. Asked for small towel to clean our faces and never got them.
