4.0The room was a handicap room and smelled of mildew. The breakfast was alright. The service was good.

− Room was dirty. No elevator As Also, I specifically asked to change the card of file for my charges. I presented the new card and was told that we were all set. The original card was charged. It was frustrating.
Decent stay, but over priced

− Walls are thin, the couple in the room across the hall were getting intimate and we could hear them in our room despite our door being closed. The worst part was there were no "Do not disturb" signs and housekeeping came into my room several times while I was in the room relaxing and once I caught them coming out when I came back. We stayed 3 nights and they came in every day! I do not need housekeeping everyday and do not like people in my room when I am not there.

4.0Comfort with fan cooling, settings was good. The bed was comfortable.
− After I checked in, I left the hotel to gather with friends. When I returned to my room, I went into the bathroom and the sink was backed up with a rude looking color in the sink. It was late, so I didn't call the front desk, just cleaned up using the shower and went to bed. I was unable to use the sink in the morning, so I stopped down for breakfast and used the common bathroom near the front desk to brush my teeth.

− They charged for water at the desk. Jacuzzi was broken and had been broken for awhile. Breakfast was fair but after eating there once, we ate breakfast elsewhere. Woodwork in bathroom was splintered.
