1.0− I found several hair and bugs on bed sheet, asked to change sheet. But staff said no housekeeping available at that moment (6pm). Staff gave me extra sheet, but that was not all. Pillows smelled like pillow cases were even not changed. Bathroom was also not clean as well.

10.0Best hotel ever! All the employees were the sweetest and hard working I've ever seen. The food is perfect at the restaurant and the pool was clean everyday. I would recommend everyone to stay here
