It was advertised when choosing the hotel using your site, breakfast was included. I was told it was not, due to booking

− Property was fine!
Costly, convenient location, meh rooms and amenities.
4.0We liked the location.
− Well to start with, we requested our family be placed in rooms next to us, that didn’t happen. When we booked it said breakfast was included, it was not. Plus the pool was freezing. We only played for half an hour cause our kids were too cold. The whole layout of the hotel is more focused on the convention center and not the hotel side.
