Not up to Holiday Inn standards
6.0− We ended up changing rooms since the first room had broken tiles and the caulking around the bathtub was cracked and missing in places but the main problem was the carpet was soaking wet by the bed. Not what I expected from Holiday Inn.
Overall it was okay. Breakfast ruined it.
8.0The breakfast had issues. The bacon was chewed. I was going to have a bowl of cereal. Got a carton that still had 4 days till expiration and when I poured it on the cereal it was curdled. Needless to say I threw it out.

6.0The bed and the room were very comfortable.
− I was under the impression that the hotel had a pool when I booked the stay. I didn’t not expect to have to go to the Crowne Plaza and go to the top floor to get to their pool. I was disappointed with that. Had I known that I would’ve booked the Crown Plaza
