− Room smelled musty/moldy Hair dryer stopped working in middle of using TV did not work, had to call for help Then front desk did not answer when called from room, had to call the main number to get ahold of someone.

1.0− We were very disappointed that housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10:30 when check out was not until 11:00. He was not kind about it, & it felt very disrespectful, & then we were rushed.
Ok for the night, wouldn’t recommend for anything more than that.
4.0Bed was clean
− Room and entire place is getting pretty run down, stayed here years ago and was nice now there are major structural issues (floor dips in middle of the room) cracks on walls, tiles etc. Very old carpet. Toilet in room did not work properly (or sometimes not at all) staff had to patch job it but it never worked properly so you could not flush TP
