I wouldnt pay the amount I paid to stay there ever again, not worth money.

− Toilet is too low , bed was caved in , very hot and smelly in halls . No phone chargers nor usb ports in rooms , ice machine too far,

9.0Nice shuttle, great breakfast, fitness room well equipped, easy location and parking.
− Initial call to request shuttle brusque, questioned about readiness for pick-up prior to agreeing to send shuttle. Tone and manner of staff arranging for airport pickup needs improvement. i.e. "Hi, Welcome to Portland, we're glad you came. Please make sure you have your luggage before you call for pick-up. If you do, the shuttle will pick you up in 15 minutes."
