3.0− My husband found an old sex toy stuffed underneath the cushion on the chair. No telling how long it's been there... that is so disgusting & unsanitary. I'm assuming the housekeepers don't actually "clean." There was also bedbugs. I killed 2 the first night. Owners were not accommodating at all. VERY rude & didn't even bother to offer us another room or even an apology. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced at any hotel. I woke up sore every single morning. Will never stay here again!! Not worth $100+ a night. Not even close. Spend $20 more and go to Holiday Inn.

− The toilet had a cracked seat, the tub/shower was disgusting! There was roaches and spiders crawling in the tub and rusty borders around the tub. The rooms and elevators were very outdated. I took my kids here for a staycation and had to go home each night just for a shower. The breakfast and staff was just horrible.
