2.0The hotel was so rundown and dirty—floors had visible dirt on carpets, stains all over bedspread, mold all over grout—that I left immediately after I checked in. Piped in air freshener smell was overwhelming, too. I had a dog, and it was pouring, so I didn’t even bother to check out or ask for a refund. I just got in the car and left. The front desk associate was very nice when I checked in, so no complaints there.
