Needs better breakfast but it was a very nice area and quiet part of town.
5.0I think the breakfast could have been better, offered fresh fruits and other varieties of food. The only thing worth eating was the waffles.
− The shower squeals loudly when it’s running and water runs down the wall to the floor outside the tub making the floor a big puddle of water

5.0The location is great and we felt very safe. Easy drive to downtown Dallas. We highly recommend Irving as a base to visit Dallas. The breakfast was good, the breakfast room is clean. The desk clerk was helpful
− The rooms are old and need some renovations including the bathroom. The worse was the smell in the bedroom, awful !! We asked to change and the desk clerk gave us another room, he didn’t look surprised when we talked about the bad smell. The smell was better but not perfect. It tells us that the entire hotel might need new carpets and/or new filters in the air conditioning system.
